Warranty & Terms
5 Year Limited Warranty
Slide Clear products come with a 5-year limited warranty
Coverage begins on the date of installation (once the project is paid in full).
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Products covered include our GLIDE Frameless Multi Slide, Clear Fold, Clear Pivot, and VertaSlide systems.
Different parts of the system have different coverage periods:
Aluminum finishes – 5 years
Hardware (hinges, pivots, etc.) – 5 years
Weather seals – 1 year
Glass and motors/electronics – covered under supplier warranties (such as Somfy’s 5-year coverage).
Our goal is to ensure your system performs reliably, provided it is installed, adjusted, and maintained as recommended.
