5 Year Limited Warranty

Slide Clear products come with a 5-year limited warranty

  • Coverage begins on the date of installation (once the project is paid in full).

  • This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

  • Products covered include our GLIDE Frameless Multi Slide, Clear Fold, Clear Pivot, and VertaSlide systems.

  • Different parts of the system have different coverage periods:

    • Aluminum finishes – 5 years

    • Hardware (hinges, pivots, etc.) – 5 years

    • Weather seals – 1 year

    • Glass and motors/electronics – covered under supplier warranties (such as Somfy’s 5-year coverage).

  • Our goal is to ensure your system performs reliably, provided it is installed, adjusted, and maintained as recommended.
